Roscoe E. Hammond Property Tax Administrator of the Year
Must be currently employed in a property tax administrative capacity and should be recognized for significant and innovative contributions to the property tax system in Utah.
Assessor of the Year **
Must be currently employed as a county assessor and should be recognized for achievements either within his or her own jurisdiction or for contributions to the property tax system.
Most Valuable Member **
Must be currently employed in an assessment or professional appraisal capacity and actively demonstrate commitment and desire to further the goals and ideals of the IAAO and has taken an active roll in advancing the purpose of the local chapter.
Outstanding Appraiser **
Must be currently employed in a Utah assessment jurisdiction as an appraiser, exhibited professional competence, and assisted other individuals or jurisdictions with difficult assessment problems.
Outstanding Assessment Specialist - Real Property
Must be currently employed in a Utah assessment jurisdiction in a specialist capacity related to real property and implemented processes, procedures, or programs which return significant, tangible results to the jurisdiction.
Outstanding Assessment Specialist - Personal Property
Must be currently employed in a Utah assessment jurisdiction in a capacity related to personal property and implemented processes, procedures, or programs which return significant, tangible results to the jurisdiction.
Outstanding Service to Property Tax Administration (Agency or Individual)
Must have demonstrated significant contributions to the field of property tax administration, public relations, or the advancement of property tax legislation.
