There are 3 levels of membership. Becoming a member of the IAAO automatically entitles you to membership in the Utah Chapter of the IAAO.
Regular Membersip is available to: all officers, officials, and employees of a governmental authority or jurisdiction who have any or all of their duties related to property valuation, property tax administration, or property tax policy; all persons engaged as individuals, or employees of an organization, who exclusively spend their time to provide professional services to governmental officers, officials, or offices of a governmental authority or jurisdiction in support of the property valuation, property tax administration, or property tax policy functions. IAAO membership application Cost: $175
Associate Member is a member who is not already a member of the IAAO. One member of the applicant’s jurisdiction must be a member of the International “IAAO” to qualify for associate membership. Associate Member application Cost: $30
Corporate Member entitles a nongovernmental corporation that has an interest in property tax assessment administration to send up to four members to any chapter function. Corporate Member application Cost: $100
All IAAO members must adhere to the IAAO Code of Ethics and Standards of Professional Conduct
